2026-05-14 — SKILL module page rewritten to Gold (memory integration + vertical-pack moat + distribution roadmap)
Rewrote website/docs/modules/skill.html from 1134 → 1431 lines (+297 lines, +26%). Encodes the three strategic roles the Skill module plays simultaneously — open-standard citizen, memory-protocol enabler, vertical-pack moat — with no role under-served. Targeted Edit operations preserved every gold-quality detail of the shipped Phases 0–7 while adding Phase 8 memory integration, vertical-pack pattern + 8-pack roadmap, and the R0→R5 distribution staging.
